Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered

What to do if your package shows as delivered but you can't find it.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

  1. Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  2. Look around the delivery location for your package
  3. See if someone else accepted the delivery
  4. Wait until the end of the next day—packages can show as delivered while still in transit
